Breast cancer is the leading cause of death for women ages 40-55, yet the disease begins on average 15 years prior to diagnosis. You can prevent this tragedy, but you have to know how.The Center for Women’s Health Breast Thermography Program offers women the ability to identify potentially dangerous changes in breast tissue up to 10 years before a clinically recognizable tumor or malignancy develops--and before it can be seen by mammography.

We are the first medical facility in the Charleston area to offer Breast Thermography, utilizing infrared digital thermal imaging. Our program has been operating for over three years, and has drawn nearly 1,000 women from all over the southeastern United States.

Our program provides not only visualization of breast tissue, but includes recommendations for individualized nutritional supplementation and lifestyle changes depending upon the results of the thermogram. With application of these viable prevention measures, women can see for themselves when cancer risk factors have decreased by observing the positive changes in breast tissue.
